Raw Fitness’ new Pole Class is a fun alternative exercise program to your everyday routine that offers a light but high-energy dance exercise session. Women are invited to explore this latest exercise craze that leaves you more confident and refreshed alongside your girlfriends!

What are Raw Fitness Pole Classes?

Our pole classes focus on training high-energy pole dance techniques to target your core, balance, and cardio through dynamic dancing motions that literally give you a full body workout.  While not structured as one of our usual HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes, pole dancing is an excellent alternative for losing weight and improving your overall fitness. It’s been cited that an hour of pole classes can burn up to 350 calories or more.

Pole Classes Work Complimentary to HIIT Training

If you’re looking for a break from your typical HIIT regimen and want to avoid burnout, pole classes are an excellent choice. While you still get a good workout, these sessions are not as intensive as our typical classes, helping you recover while still giving you the gains of a dynamic workout. You’re also working different muscles, and get to move – DANCE! – in a different way to help expand and improve your athletic ability. Here are some additional benefits:

The ideal group size is 4-6 people, but it could be more depending on your booking. The minimum attendance is 4.

Absolutely! But remember, Pole Class is aimed at having fun and not about getting drunk.

Pole class is for women who want to learn new ways to get fit while having fun and feeling sexy. We do not teach women how to be a stripper. Students are clothed and not encouraged to strip down naked. Pole classes are private and there are no public attendees watching.

Started as a memeber May 2021. I had a bad shoulder injury when i started and lifting 4lbs was painful for anything over head. With tons of patience and modifications and strength building, my shoulder feels amazing and i am able to lift heavy! This place made me feel excited to work out and take my strong selfies in the coolest bathroom i have seen. Tons of equipment-dumbbells, kettlebells, boxing heavy bags, medicine balls, ropes, machines, bars.... Coach diego and coach brian have really helped me achieve my goals as getting stronger than yesterday from october 2021-march 2022 when i was in my reverse diet. #gaintrain

WOW! First time here yesterday and talk about about great customer service really care about their clients you can tell they all genuinely want the best results for their clients. Brian the owner is amazing definitely takes pride in his business and his clients. Diego the trainer was amazing their HIIT class is TOP NOTCH! Definitely recommend for anyone in Bergen/Passaic county areas gym is located in a great location!

Raw Fitness is a hidden gem. The coaches are amazing. They listen to your goals and implement the exercises in the classes to achieve those goals. Coaches Diego and Janet are awesome, not only do they show you how to do every exercise, but they also make sure that your form is correct and modify the workouts if needed. Raw Fitness has a few different coaches, so you get a lot of exposure to different workout styles. They offer a variety of workout classes. I also have both of my kids taking boxing classes. The kids coaches are the best. A great place to let out their energy. If your looking for your non traditional gym then this is the place. Highly highly recommend this gym.
