How Does It Work?
InBody Composition Analysis
The first step to developing your personalized sports nutrition plan will be to come in for an In-Body Analysis. Raw Fitness has partnered with InBody USA to obtain a state-of-the-art In-Body Analysis machine which we use to gather the necessary data to formulate a winning plan.
The In-Body Analysis machine analyzes your height, body weight, BMI, water content, fat mass, muscle mass, and other body metrics we need to determine what your body type is and what your body requires to achieve its potential. It’s during this assessment that we will identify your “body type” in order to determine which body structure align with. Your body type will follow a mesomorphic, ectomorphic, or endomorphic structure.
Once we’ve gathered and analyzed this data, we create a customized meal and fitness plan to optimize your progress and achieve the results you’ve always wanted. It all starts with scheduling a free consultation or simply coming in for an in-body analysis evaluation.
