Learn to Box Like a Pro
Make Your Weight. Fight to Win.
Competition boxing starts with boxing fundamentals, combinations and high-intensity exercises to develop hand-eye coordination, balance, and stamina. Once a boxer demonstrates improved skills, they progress to sparring.
Trainees learn how to throw punches correctly, proper footwork, and physical conditioning. In due time, boxers become fighters and can become eligible to compete in real-world ring competition.
The physical benefits of pro-style boxing training include full-body development and endurance training. Because boxing is an individual sport, trainees can develop at their own pace and intensity level.
Non-competitive boxing classes are available. Check out our youth boxing classes and adult fitness boxing class for more information.
