Fitness boxing classes are high intensity fitness classes based on boxing workouts and technique. Raw Fitness fitness boxing classes are designed to help you achieve peak fitness in shortest amount of time. Fitness boxing classes will greatly develop muscle strength, stamina, and endurance. Fitness boxing develops core strength and agility and will help you excel in virtually any physical activity.

The physical benefits of fitness boxing include muscle development and maximum aerobic activity. Because boxing is an individual sport, trainees can workout at their own pace and intensity level.
Our fitness boxing classes start with basic boxing technique to help people achieve hand-eye coordination, balance, and endurance. Once a trainee becomes comfortable with basic boxing exercises, we customize drills to improve their fitness and gradually increase intensity levels.
Trainees will learn how to throw punches correctly, proper footwork, and physical conditioning. Ultimately, fitness boxing will help you achieve incredible fitness and peak physical conditioning.

No. Fitness boxing classes can benefit everyone at almost any age. If you are under 19 years of age, we will train you as a youth. In either case, we train for fitness according to your intensity level.
Anyone can join fitness boxing classes. If you under 19 years old, we will consider you to be a youth and will train you according to your skill level. If you are over 18 years old, we will train you as an adult. In either case, fitness boxing classes will be tailored to your intensity level.
Our fitness boxing class schedule is offered at various times. Please check our schedule for specific times.
Fitness boxing classes last one hour. You do not have to attend for a full hour but it is recommended you train for as much of the 60 minutes as you possibly can.
Yes. Fitness boxing is a non-contact fitness regimen. That means you will not have to physically contact other boxers. However, to make the most of your fitness, you will be asked to punch a hit bag or hit pads (held by a boxing trainer).
Yes! Fitness boxing is non-contact sport. While there is always the potential for minor injury as there is with any sport or fitness routine, fitness boxing is not violent and is not meant to be extreme. Fitness boxing is safe and your movements are always monitored by qualified boxing training professionals.
In terms of equipment, you need professional boxing gloves and the proper attire to fight – boxing shoes and clothing. Hand wraps are necessary for safety. Headguards are necessary for safe sparring. Most boxing equipment is affordable and not hard to acquire. We provide the facility and bags to maintain a proper boxing workout.
No! Fitness boxing is absolutely NOT just for men. ANYONE can box. While more competitive boxers are men, it’s likely, more women and children box for fitness purposes than men do. Boxing does not have to be exclusively a combat sport. Boxing is an excellent activity to stay in shape and maintain peak physical fitness. Fitness boxing is for everyone!
Absolutely! We adhere to all city, state, and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to Covid-19 safety protocols.
When you sign up for boxing gym membership, you agree to a certain amount of boxing classes. It is up to you to attend the boxing classes.
