    Our Story

    The story of Rawfitness begins over a decade ago in north New Jersey. What started as bootcamp classes in the park, where we punched trees instead of bags, has blossomed into what is today Rawfitness, a community gym focused on health and fitness for everyone. We have helped thousands of individuals transform themselves physically and mentally. At Rawfitness, we strongly believe you can do anything you set your mind to, both inside and outside the gym.     Not at all. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you've never thrown a punch or stepped into a gym, our coaches will guide you through every movement and scale the workout to your level. Most of our members started as complete beginners.

    You'll meet one of our coaches for a quick tour of the facility, talk about your goals, and get a feel for how we train. If you're ready, we'll get you into a class that same day. There's no pressure and no commitment — just come see what we're about.

    Wear comfortable athletic clothing and clean sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a towel if you'd like. For boxing and jiu jitsu classes, we have gloves and gear available for beginners — just show up ready to work.

    Absolutely. Our bootcamp, HIIT, and boxing classes are specifically designed to maximize calorie burn and build lean muscle. Combined with our meal plan options, members regularly see dramatic results within their first few months.

    We're located at 93 South Main Street in Lodi, NJ 07644 — right on Main Street with easy access from Route 17. Street parking is available nearby. Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get settled before class.

    Yes! We have dedicated kids boxing and kids jiu jitsu programs for children of all ages. Classes are structured to build discipline, confidence, coordination, and self-defense skills in a fun, safe environment. Youth sessions run in the late afternoon on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
