The physical benefits of youth boxing include muscle development and aerobic activity. Because boxing is an individual sport, students can develop at their own pace and intensity level.
Our youth boxing program starts with boxing basics to help young people achieve hand-eye coordination, balance, and endurance. Once a young boxer becomes comfortable with basic boxing exercise, we customize drills to improve their skills.
Students learn how to throw punches correctly, proper footwork, and physical conditioning. Ultimately, young boxers become incredibly fit and active and are able to excel at other sports and activities.
